Abstract Submission
Abstracts (max 1 page) should be written following the MS Word Template.
Note that the final submission of each abstract has to be prepared according to the following:
- Thematic Session (in conjunction with GNB 2025)
- Abstracts must be prepared using the provided MS Word template and converted to a PDF file named as “First_Author_ESBITA_n_GNB2025.pdf”;
- Accepted contributions will be included in the ESB-ITA 2025 program and indexed in Scopus;
- Registration to both ESB-ITA and GNB events is required;
- General Session
- Abstracts must be prepared using the provided MS Word template and converted to a PDF file named “First_Author_ESBITA.pdf”
- Accepted contributions will be included only in the ESB-ITA 2025 program (but not in Scopus);
- Registration to ESB-ITA only is required.
Each abstract in PDF has to be submitted by email to meeting@esb-ita.it, specifying the presenting author, by January 17, 2025.
Eligibility for ESB–ITA 2025 Awards should be highlighted in the email text.
Each accepted contribution will be considered only if at least the presenting author is registered to the Conference. Single registration fee entitles to present at most one poster and one oral presentation.
Accepted contributions will be scheduled by Organizers within the conference program as oral or poster presentations for either the Thematic Session or the General Session.
Although the Thematic Session is reserved for participants registered for both events, ESB-ITA attendees are permitted to attend the session as listener.
